NCODP are pleased to present their Strategic Plan for 2012-15, which was approved by our Board of Trustees in November 2011.
Our Strategic Plan provides an overview of where NCODP has come from and what we want to achieve over the next three years. It sets out our new vision, mission and values and introduces our strategic aims and associated objectives for the coming years.
