Wednesday 7th April : Gill's Training Diary : London Marathon 2010

Gill's fifth daily post in her diary leading up to the London Marathon 2010 as she diaries her training schedule over the last three weeks leading up to April 25th.

  • 5.5 miles went well – I love the speed training.
  • I don’t get too bored with the shorter stints.
  • Running in the light rain is also very refreshing.
