Wednesday 17th February, will see Lee Evans, Manager of Suffolk Independent Living (SIL), discussing advice roadshows with BBC Radio Suffolk’s James Hazell.
The Roadshows will see SIL advisors taking to the road, visiting local communities, to bring their knowledge and expertise to the public at large.
The free drop-in sessions will provide advice and support for those receiving care or support from Suffolk County Council with a view to helping them take more control in their lives through the Direct Payment scheme.
The interview will air at 11:10 on BBC Radio Suffolk (95.5 | 104.6 FM) on the 17th. The show will also be available live online via the BBC Radio Suffolk website, which in addition provides a listen again feature for 7 days following the broadcast.
