Who are they?
Disabled people, carers or parents who receive Direct Payments (DP) or Personal Budgets
We stand for Freedom and Friendship: Freedom to make your own choices and Friendship to feed those choices and watch them grow!
We are the best and brightest bunch of people on this planet using either Direct Payments or if we’re really lucky, Personal Budgets!
What do they do?
We meet every couple of months to have a whinge if we need to, but also to help each other get the best out of the care on offer!
Please come and have a say in shaping your future - we have ways of making Social Services sit up and listen!
Each group has a representitive who attends meetings with social services and the NCODP.

Where are they?
There are groups in North Walsham, Norwich, Great Yarmouth, Watton and Kings Lynn. They meet once every two months, from 10.30am to 1:30pm. You can join any group you wish. It doesn't matter where you live. Personal Assistant and travel expenses will be paid, lunch will be provided.
The Great Yarmouth group meets at:
